• The Cash and Fees office is located on the first floor of the West wing of the Founder's Building at FW143. (Next to the Fee Payment Centre.)

• Payment of tuition fees and residence fees and the collection of loan and maintenance cheques can be made at the Fee Payment Centre in FW141.

• Payments in Cash can only be made at the Cash window of FW143 and NOT at the Fee Payment Centre.

• The Cash Office is open Monday to Friday as follows

• 	Opens	Closes
  Term Time	10.00	16.00
  Outside Term Time	10.00	15.00

• There is a post box facility at room F143 Office which students may use to pay fees outside office hours. A supply of special envelopes is available outside FW143. This facility can only be used for payment by cheques that are not post dated.

• Please note that we do not accept Eurocheques.

• Staff should avoid the period 12.00 to 14.00 if possible in order to allow us to provide a prompt service to students during what is usually a busy period.
